We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Lead at UL Standards and Engagement.
This is a hybrid role open to candidates who can commute two days a week to the offices in either Evanston, IL or Raleigh, NC.
The Senior Project Lead for Building and Life Safety Technology will actively participate in standards development by working with subject matter experts, Technical Panels and Technical Committees to develop requirements and coordinate standards development activities to achieve the strategic and operational goals of UL Standards & Engagement. The Senior Standards Specialist will leverage expertise, experience, and stakeholder networks to anticipate issues, identify patterns, and propose solutions.

The HSE Manager ensures compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies to maintain a safe and healthy work environment for employees and visitors. The HSE Manager also collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, provide training and education, and drive continuous improvement in environmental and safety performance.

The Director, Software Research and Engineering for the Digital Safety Research Institute (DSRI) leads the software research and development activities focused on creating frameworks for new, demonstrably safer digital products for consumers and for creating end-user digital safety auditing tools to support the scale and agility of commercial products used today. The Director forms partnerships with industry and the open-source community to determine DSRI’s role in creating safer digital products. The Director, Software Research and Engineering works closely with other leaders and colleagues across the UL research organizations to advance the growth of the institute.
