     The Organizational Development and Learning Manager leads regional/local Learning and Development programs and projects as well as plans and implements organization development interventions. The manager will collaborate with internal customers to gain knowledge of business direction, learning needs, and conducts or facilitates specific learning and development programs. This person would also manage the local learning and development function, including strategy, direction and initiatives.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage and address clients’ concerns, challenges, needs and expectations
    • Provide professional advice and influence senior management
    • Prioritize and plan the overall OD needs and resources 
    • Design and deliver OD project and change management strategies, processes and interventions that support client’s high performing organization
    • Work with client to create and sustain desired OD outcome / impact
    • Identify the overall appropriate learning and organization needs according to business direction and formulate and implement yearly learning development plans
    • Create and continuously improve the designs of different learning and development programs and effectively adapt them to achieve the desired outcomes.
    • Develop and facilitate post-training application with program stakeholders to create desired business outcomes.
    • Continuously evaluate training effectiveness and adjust programs based on the objectives and the evaluation.
    • Deliver Management/Leadership courses base on need.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree holder in BA / BS or equivalent qualification in related discipline.  OD degree a plus.
    • Over 10 years of relevant working experience in learning and employee development function with multi-national companies preferred. 
    • Experienced in OD intervention design and delivery
    • High commitment and passionate in people development
    • Good facilitation skill especially in leadership and management skills training or workshop
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Excellent project management skills
    • Active learner, assertive and decisive
    • Excellent in leading and coaching team
    • Work independently and connect the dots to see the big picture
