Leads the Consumer Business Unit Marketing function by partnering with Division General Managers, Division Marketers, Consumer Business Unit (BU) Executives and Corporate Marketing to establish a strategic direction for BU Marketing, integrate initiatives where appropriate, implement global marketing initiatives, and manage global marketing team. Responsible for the marketing function, including strategy development/planning, identification business needs, selection of most effective vehicles, budget management and research/metrics. In collaboration with relevant stakeholders, sets and implements digital marketing strategy. Has close alignment to UL Global Sales Council and UL Global Account Managers. Is an active member of the UL Global Marketing Council.
