    ULC is seeking a self-motivated Senior Sales Executive for our Energy, Power and Technology Division to proactively engage our customers. The EPT Division integrates product safety certification, performance testing, and energy efficiency solutions for manufacturers in the Industry. 

     

    Responsibilities

    About the Position:

     

    Under minimal supervision, the Senior Sales Executive is responsible for new account development and/or expanding existing accounts within an established geographic territory. This position sells ULs products, systems, and/or services to customers in an assigned territory, industry, or accounts.   

    • Hunt: to search for; seek; endeavor to obtain or find opportunities where UL can provide services to a diverse customer base to assist them in getting their products to market as quickly and smoothly as possible.
    • Help to ensure the EPT Division achieves its revenue targets, by meeting assigned team territory revenue goals.
    • Ensure customer relationships are nurtured - be a customer advocate utilizing effective communication and active listening skills to disseminate customer feedback and industry news to the AHL team.
    • Manage key accounts and network within them to strengthen and build the overall relationship with these accounts
    • Meets with prospects to understand their purchase decision makers, decision making process criteria, and their needs.
    • Develops sales presentations for potential new clients. Leads the sales presentations in support of growing the clientele for ULs services.
    • Must be willing to travel within your territory, to visit prospective and existing customers face to face on a regular basis in order to close and retain the business. Also to attend exhibitions and conferences as appropriate.
    • Must be willing to adapt to constantly changing technologies.
    • Be an active team player working for the collective team goal and revenue targets (think of the whole team).
    • Performs other duties as directed.

    Qualifications

    If you have the below, we would like to hear from you:

    • Has had at least 3-5 years’ experience in business to business sales.
    • Well-connected in the energy and oil business.
    • Must have technical background and possess industry relationships in the Oil fields
    • University Degree preferred OR equivalent experience.
    • Customer centric attitude and delivers results.
    • Engaging, creative, out of the box thinking with active listening to build rapport with customers.
