    As a Sales Lead Development Representative (SLDR), you’ll have the opportunity to significantly impact the growth of our company.

     

     

    Sales Lead Development reps are responsible for outbound prospecting. The world of an SLDR revolves around lead gen, rather than closing new deals. SLDRs are typically measured by how effectively they move leads through the sales pipeline.

     

    SLDRs help with the lead qualification process, which allows account executives to focus on closing deals. SLDRs have to be quick on their feet, excel in having online conversations, master tools, be great content finders, and have a positive outlook not brought down by a bad interaction.

     

    Responsibilities

    Ultimately, Sales Lead Development Reps are educators that leverage insights to assist solving a real problem customers are having.

    Tasks include:

     
    • Respond to inbound inquiries and preFqualifying new Prospective Members.
    • Outbound prospecting to engage new Prospective Members.
    • Assess needs of targeted customer Goal is to secure the demo/appointment of the product most suited to the needs discussed during your conversation.
    • Enter timely and accurate data into Salesforce.
    • Manage and maintain a healthy pipeline.
    • Grow and renew a set of evergreen renewal business/current customers.

     

    You will achieve success by:

    • Discovering core value propositions for different types of firms.
    • Demonstrating how our team is highly metrics driven and values collaboration and transparency. 

    Qualifications

     

    • Track record of over achieving goals in prior positions.
    • 2+ years of trained sales experience.
    • Exceptional verbal and writing skills.
    • Prior participation in a winning team environment.
    • Higher secondary education, paired with two years of directly related experience.
    • Demonstrated ability to use various PC-based software packages for basic wordprocessing, graphics, and spreadsheets.
    • Strong communication skills are required.
