    Responsibilities

    Under direct supervision, manage and coordinate assigned client accounts to insure that deadlines are met, lines of communication internally and with clients are kept open and processing of work and generation of technical reports is as efficient as possible. Under general direction, works from policies and general objectives from senior management. Interacts with all UL employees, as well as outside clients.

     

    • Initiates and maintains client relationships by overseeing client requested audit activities throughout the audit process. Monitors client audits for timeliness, addresses concerns, and handles client and/or facility inquiries as required.
    • Performs application review to determine client needs and UL Registrar ability to fulfill the requested scope in regards to available resource, technical expertise, etc.
    • Coordinates scheduling of audit activity and interacts with auditors where necessary to ensure smooth execution of requested audit.
    • Coordinates submission of post-audit CAPA responses. Monitors CAPA processes to ensure timely completion.
    • Reviews audit packages for adherence to UL R established procedure; renders certification decisions on audit results based on certification program requirements.
    • Organizes client information by entering new or updated information into Qualtrax database.
    • Completes Oracle order entry for client projects where required.
    • Promotes client account growth through active promotion of UL services with client base.
    • Assembles and delivers all required audit and certificate packages for each client. Responsible for overall quality and professional appearance of audit packages.
    • Measures and monitors client satisfaction through yearly client reviews, follows up on concerns, informs client of the certification outcome and/or any issues that may arise during the audit process.
    • Actively participates in teams to continuously improve and drive quality through UL’s service processes
    • Works with Quality team where required to process complaints, CAPA disputes, internal Corrective Actions and auditor competence activities.

    Qualifications

    • University Degree (Equivalent to Bachelor’s degree) in a related discipline plus generally two years of directly related experience.
    • Client services experience is a plus.
    • Ability to use judgment in technical, client services, and management issues.
    • Effective computer and communication skills, written, and verbal.
    • Experience with MSWord, Excel, and Access.
