    Manages activities to retain and grow business with assigned strategic accounts. Primary point-of-contact regardless of account’s geographic location. Builds and manages customer relationships to ensure the utilisation of the whole service portfolio (across BU’s and Divisions), customer satisfaction and contract development and renewal. This role also manages the sales process for new and existing business including lead identification, opportunity and needs qualification, solution development, proposal presentation and value articulation, negotiate and close. May provide professional leadership and coordination for team on assigned accounts. Business travel and work outside of office required. 


    • Achieve retention and growth targets. Expand services provided and sustain customer loyalty for a group of key customers.
    • Develop account plan and gain agreement with key business stakeholders on the account strategy.
    • Manages and coordinates relationships on both working level and executive level.
    • Responds effectively to urgent and sensitive customer issues. 
    • Works with Business Unit, Divisional and / or Regional Leadership or Global Account Managers in the development of account strategies, goals, and plans.
    • Orchestrate internal and external resources to execute account strategy. May provide work direction to other employees in charge of specific customer accounts.
    • Performs other duties as directed.


    University Degree (Equivalent to Bachelors degree) in a related discipline plus generally eight years of directly related experience. Extensive knowledge of company policies, sales processes and tools. Requires the ability to gain cooperation of others to conduct proposals to C-level management and customers. Has understanding of company’s portfolio of products or services, across enterprise. Significant business travel and work outside of the office is required.
