The Marketing Manager assists in strategy development and execution of marketing activities in Greater China (mainland China, Taiwan and Hong Kong) and ASEAN. Leads the development and implementation of the electronics sector marketing plan globally, and works with regional marketers to implement the plans. This role will focus on providing marketing support for key customers and developing and executing strategic promotional, demand generation, and lead generation campaigns across the electronics, building materials, furniture and chemicals/formulated products sectors. Additionally, the Marketing Manager will assist in the development and implementation of key elements of the overall UL marketing strategy, incorporating needs of the sales and business development team, and maintain a connection with the global marketing team to drive connectivity and consistency in marketing initiatives.
Develop market assessments and create/implement marketing plans that achieve the right tactical mix to build the profile of UL Environment’s services, coordinating with other functions as needed.
Collaborate with UL regional marketing teams to gain executional support and resources for marketing activities in Greater China and ASEAN.
Lead development of marketing plans and execute initiatives for all sectors. Serve as key point of contact with customers to support their marketing of their UL Environment certification(s).
Develop and manage lead nurturing campaigns for Greater China through Marketo and Microsoft Dynamics and provide reporting on metrics.
Lead SEO and SEM strategy in Greater China to maximize inbound leads managing agency resources for execution. Work hand in hand with inside sales/lead development representatives to ensure proper qualification of leads.
Direct social media and web content activities with goal of optimizing UL Environment’s presence on UL.com regional sites and delivering a growing social media followers and users that engage with UL online.
Manage public relations and communications strategy and activities, with assistance from global and regional marketing teams.
Monitor/generate campaign analytics reports and develop plans for continuous improvement of results
Execute marketing campaigns targeted to drive demand for UL services among key purchasing audiences.
Work closely with sales to directly support sales force efforts and drive revenue results
Perform other duties as directed.
