    The Product/Service Specialist is responsible of continuously developing and maintaining functional knowledge of the EHSS software product portfolio, while working within a team of Solution Consultants to support Commercial activities with product expertise. Responsibilities include:

    •Guide, position, and ensure alignment of software solution, product offering, products/services proposed
    •Consult with customers to identify and present the appropriate combination of software functionality
    •Collect customer requirements, assess needs, and provide guidance to product functionality to meet customer needs
    •Use software demonstrations as needed for sales opportunities, strategic engagements, and to identify customer requirements
    •Liaise with Product Management, Professional Services, and Marketing to support Commercial activities
    •Develop and maintain collaborative relationships across functions and departments
    •Act as first-line support to Commercial staff – Sales and Marketing – for product functionality knowledge
    •Act as channel of product information from Product Management to Commercial teams
    •Support on-boarding and training commercial staff on product portfolio
    •Build and maintain assets for Commercial teams – demo environments, sandboxes, pilot sites, etc.

    Support Product Management, Marketing, and Sales Enablement efforts with market intelligence, domain expertise, and product/service expertise.
    •Work within a team spanning different time zones and cultures
    •Perform other duties as directed


    • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technology, mathematics, economics, business, or other science from an accredited university
    • Minimum 2 years related experience in a consultative role assessing customer requirements, documenting technical customer requirements, or configuring enterprise software
    • Minimum 4 years of professional experience
    • Experience selling, implementing, or configuring enterprise software for EHS, Sustainability, or Supply Chain management is preferred
