    Responsibilities

    The Sales Analyst II is responsible for the day-to-day activities required to manage the work order and contract renewal processes and provide sales reporting and analysis used by management to make critical business decisions.   The position requires strong communication and time management skills.  The Sales Analyst II must have a high level of attention to detail and be a team player.

     

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:

    • Work Order creation and processing.
    • Manage the Contract Renewal process.
    • Creation, generation and maintenance of standard and ad hoc sales reports and dashboards.
    • Help identify gaps and developmental opportunities to harness/deploy CRM and other reporting functionality to solve business problems.
    • Participate in developing recommendations for improving Sales operational effectiveness including sales processes and the use of company CRM throughout the organization.
    • Work with the key functional support departments including: Marketing, Accounting, and Finance on all business processes.
    • Perform other miscellaneous tasks including process and procedure documentation.

    Qualifications

    Experience, Knowledge, and Education Requirements

    • Minimum of 5 years of successful inside sales, sales operations or accounting experience.
    • Bachelors degree in Business or related discipline is strongly preferred.
    • Exceptional skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint, and Outlook. Salesforce.com, Cloud 9, Microsoft Dynamics or other CRM experience required.
    • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Total Customer Satisfaction attitude.
    • Must have the ability to think strategically in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing to meet deadlines.
    • Must be organized and process oriented with excellent communication skills.
    • Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and use good judgment in resolving difficult issues.
