    Build, lead and manage a team of Data and Statistical Analysts in an effort to gain efficiencies and increase productivity enabling Finance Shared Services to accomplish established strategic and operational goals by providing timely, meaningful metrics and analytics.  

    Responsibilities

    • Detailed analysis for FSS processes including O2C, P2P and R2R
    • Data mining using state-of-the-art methods
    • Selecting features, building and optimizing classifiers using machine learning techniques
    • Extending company’s data with third party sources of information when needed
    • Enhancing data collection procedures to include information that is relevant for building analytic systems
    • Processing, cleansing and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis
    • Creating automated anomaly detection systems and constant tracking of its performance
    • Systematic preparation of written narratives for FSS Leadership Team
    • Monthly reporting across Finance Shared Service
    • Author and update Reporting and Analytics framework as needed
    • Refine and update existing inter and intra department procedures and policies.
    • Open lines of communication with all departments within the organization.
    • Responsible for directing and managing group in a centralized organization.
    • Design and execute Special Project and Plans within FSS
    • Recommend best practices including templates and forms.
    • Additional duties and projects as assigned
    • Timely produce Executive Dashboards supporting R2R, O2C and P2P processes 

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Data Science or a similar field of study, plus a minimum of ten years of experience. MBA preferred.
    • Seven or more years practical experience with SAS, ETL, BI Tools, OBIEE, data processing, database programming and data analytics
    • Extensive background in data mining and statistical analysis
    • ERP Experience Oracle preferred, SAP\HANA, NetSuite
    • Able to understand various data structures and common methods in data transformation
    • Excellent pattern recognition and predictive modeling skills
    • Experience with programming languages must possess strong management skill set.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Experience in Robotic Process Automation tools a huge plus
    • Strong understanding of accounting processes and financial information systems.
    • Experience acquiring, consolidating, interpreting and enhancing information through computer
    • Proven ability to direct and mobilize an organization by strategic thinking, decisiveness, enthusiasm, competence and integrity
    • Proven experience in a shared services environment
    • Lean Six Sigma certification(s) a big plus
    • Ability to translate ambiguous visions from End-Users into meaningful outputs
    • Understanding in developing a business cases that details Return-on-Investment (ROI)
