    Under general supervision, the Senior Pricing Business Analyst develops complex tools and analysis to support pricing recommendations:



    • Use Advanced Programming skills (i.e. Java, Python, C, C++, Visual Basic, etc.) to develop complex pricing/quoting tools
    • Partner with Sales, Operations and IT to gather business requirements for future pricing/quoting platforms
    • Lead and support quoting process improvement initiatives that enables more efficient customer quoting
    • Make pricing recommendations based on quantitative trends, profitability targets and market dynamics
    • Experience building detailed reports and dashboards in applications like OBIEE, PowerBI, Tableau, Birst, or other leading software.
    • Understands statistics and mathematical metrics in order to conduct price elasticity, profitability, regression, auditing, and competitive analysis.
    • Thoroughly understands UL database systems and tools, and has the ability to obtain needed data for requested analysis and reports.
    • Performs other duties as directed.


    • University degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline plus five to eight years of related work experience.
    • Must have Advanced Programming and Excel modeling skills
    • Strong communication skills
    • Experience with MS Access, Pricing/Quoting/CRM Platforms required
    • Experience with SQL, Java and HTML Programming a plus.
