Under direct supervision, the Lead Development Representative is responsible for marketingthe companys products and/or services via telephone with well-qualified prospects. Thisposition identifies qualified prospects through various lead generation activities, third partydatabases, and follow-up direct mail campaigns. Directs qualified sales leads to outsideand/or inside sales team for additional communication and selling activities. Mailsmarketing/sales literature to prospective clients, keeps up-to-date knowledge of the industryas well as a competitive posture of the company, and enhances awareness in the targetedbusiness community of the company and its products/services.
