  • To be part of the team to provide full aspects HR services in order to meeting the business needs, mainly in Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relationship;
  • Supporting the team on providing comprehensive HR services to meet business needs;
  • Identify and to assist in the development and implementation of new programs and policies;  
  • Work closely and maintain good relationship with business to understand their needs and requirement. Communicates with management and employees regarding Human Resources issues.  Explains and interprets personnel policies, procedures, and processes as directed;  
  • Develops working knowledge of important legislation related to Labour Law.



  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline;
  • Working knowledge of human resources policies, procedures and processes;
  • A good team player who is proactive with strong people skills;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with good English proficiency.
