We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic individual who is especially passionate about sales and talent development. This role demands a detailed understanding of sales methodologies, pipeline management, customer engagement, and other important elements of a high performing sales team. This individual must be an independent leader yet highly collaborative, highly motivated, and focused on the needs of an evolving and dynamic sales team driving efficiencies and improvements.


In this role, you will curate and deploy sales enablement content and tools that equips all client-facing employees with the ability to consistently and systematically have a valuable conversation with the right set of customer stakeholders at each stage of the customer engagement process.




  • Equip sales with the knowledge and skills to engage prospects and customers and drive sales forward.
  • Design and develop sales skills programs, sales messaging, sales tools, and performance support.
  • Drive sales enablement content relative to: sales process, service and solution messaging, learning reinforcement content (one-pagers, infographics, video, etc.), and sales tools (e.g. sales playbooks, value actualization tools)
  • Partner with subject matter experts, marketing and sales operations to develop audience-focused narratives/pitches that enable our sales team to communicate value to our customers.
  • Utilize sales methodology training (e.g. Conceptual Selling, Strategic Selling, LAMP) to build effective post learning reinforcement to ensure continuous development of the sales team
  • Establish a content review and governance process to improve quality and consistency of sales messaging, service and solution, sales skills, and sales process content.
  • Lead sales learning communication to maximize awareness of sales learning content and tools.
  • Facilitate sales skills training and post learning reinforcement sessions
  • Proactively look for industry best practices to identify and implement selling techniques (Solution Selling, Disrupting Selling, Social Selling)




  • Detailed knowledge of training, organization development and learning practices.
  • Working knowledge of sales process, buyers journey, personas and sales methodologies (e.g.; Strategic Selling, Conceptual Selling, LAMP)
  • Working knowledge or CRM (e.g., Dynamics 365)


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate audio-visual content creation skills
  • Excellent facilitation skills Excellent organization skills with the ability to track both working projects and learner progress
  • Ability to drive a project to completion, owning the standard of completed work across multiple stakeholders to deliver an impactful learner experience
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team in a driven and energetic environment
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and be a team player with strong interpersonal skills and ability to inspire and motivate others




  • University degree (equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree) in Human Resources Administration, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Instructional Design, Business, or a related field plus generally 6 years of professional level experience. Experience working in a multi-national company preferred
  • B2B sales, training and sales enablement experiences
  • Experience creating and adapting sales messaging, service and solutions learning content for mobile consumption
  • Detailed knowledge of training, organization development and learning practices.
  • Excellent facilitation skills for service and solution, sales messaging, and sales skills instructor-led and virtual training
  • Experience in supporting Organizational Design interventions
  • Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Video
  • Project and stakeholder management experience.
  • Experience managing content and knowledge management systems (e.g., SharePoint)
  • Understands UX/UI design principles and best practices across web and mobile.
  • Experience with video editing and storyboarding
  • Experience with Articulate Storyline 360 and Adobe Creative Suite (Captivate, Premiere, Illustrate, Photo, After Effects, Media Encoder)
