We are seeking a Senior/Lead UX Designer to join our rapidly growing business unit to collaborate with project stakeholders to facilitate high-level discussions; gather and review requirements; rapidly generate modern, usable, user-centric solutions; plan and conduct testing to evaluate ideas; define UX standards; and work closely with developers (front-end and back-end) to implement solutions. 



  • Work in all phases of user-centric design to plan and conduct stakeholder interviews, gather requirements, review and detail user stories, develop user flows, create wireframes and mockups, generate prototypes, plan and conduct usability testing, and create annotated design specifications.
  • Adopt, extend, and evolve an existing visual language.
  • Ability to understand and discuss complex business goals, design and technical details, interaction patterns, and brand strategy.
  • Rapidly create engaging, effective and accessible experiences that meet the needs of our business and its audiences.
  • Collaborate with team members to create, manage, and communicate the product roadmap.
  • Collaborate and build consensus with design, business, and technical teams.
  • Generate elegant, modern solutions to complex problems.
  • Successfully extend UX designs and patterns across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
  • Create and maintain a digital UX design system and drive brand consistency.
  • Brainstorm and solve problems in a team environment that includes a diverse audience of remote participants.





  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Interaction Design, Industrial Design, MIS, IT).
  • 5+ years experience in a related User Experience, Interaction Design, or Product Design role.
  • Proficient with design and prototyping software such as Photoshop, Sketch, InVision, Marvel, etc.
  • Hands-on experience with front-end concepts (i.e. grid systems, responsive design, etc.), technologies (CSS/JS/HTML), and frameworks (Angular 2).
  • Attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Agile UX and development methodologies.
  • A digital, online portfolio.
