    UL is seeking a Sales Coordinator II to join our Lighting & Retail Lab in Allentown, PA. If you would like to utilize your project handling skills and work directly with customers, sales, marketing, and engineering to acheive stated objectives then read on!


    1. Analyzes project or program objectives to determine methodology and development plan. Develops estimates of cost, time, and resource needs.
    2. Partners directly with sales, marketing, engineering, and customers to complete projects.
    3. Collects data from a variety of sources. Evaluates and interprets data and draws conclusions.
    4. Prepares and presents reports which include recommendations and supporting arguments. May present reports at various levels of the organization, including the corporate level.
    5. Recommends processes, information systems, and performance management systems. Evaluates performance of programs to standards and recommends corrective actions. Serves on committees and represents the viewpoint of management.
    6. Utilize relationship building skills and technical expertise to develop mutually beneficial partnerships with customers, prospects, and influential network partners.
    7. Performs other duties as directed.


    University degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Communications or related field.


    Experience with cold-calling, client follow-up, and creating marketing material preferred

    Demonstrated ability to independently plan and carry out projects to achieve stated objectives and to manage programs.
