Under general supervision, manages and coordinates assigned client accounts to insure that deadlines are met. Ensures lines of communication internally and with clients are kept open. Processes incoming work and/or generates technical reports as efficiently as possible. Works according to policies and general objectives as defined by senior management.



  1. May organizes and process incoming client samples and maintain records and/or may prepare reviews and complete reports for assigned clients.


  1. Coordinate with the Operations and QA to ensure that program expectations are achievable. Address any issues that arise with projects to ensure timely completion.


  1. Resolves any sample receipt issues with clients or the assigned client contact.


  1. May communicate project schedules to clients.


  1. Contributes to program team to ensure deadlines are met.


  1. Performs other duties as directed.



Higher Education degree (equivalent to a high school diploma), Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.


Client services experience is a plus.


Ability to use judgment in technical, client services, and management issues.


Effective computer and communication skills, written and verbal.


Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
