Responsibilities

  • Support Project Managers in managing multiple moderate to complex projects
  • Maintain project schedules and budgets and manage engagements using best practices against a defined project plan
  • Identify, manage and monitor completion of deliverables throughout project lifecycle
  • Schedule, track, and communicate client implementation milestones both written and verbally.
  • Analyze the client’s work process and servers to determine the proper recommendations for technical setup
  • Attend meetings with clients to determine the requirements of the implementation
  • Clearly communicate and help set client expectations
  • Manage the technical aspects of an client engagement
  • Demonstrate understanding of the need to manage risk issues
  • Develop and maintain project documentation
  • Enter client events into OpenAir software for project tracking, billing, and job cost calculations
  • Follow up with clients in a timely manner
  • Resolve all escalated issues in a timely manner
  • Escalate issues within an implementation to Project Manager as necessary
  • Assist with management of the Engineering Services Custom Quote queue
  • Manage Engineering Services ticket queue as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience managing multiple projects to successful completion, preferably in  healthcare, clinical operations, or  healthcare information systems
  • Minimum 1 year of software implementation experience/prior consulting experience a plus
  • Excellent customer-service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Independent self-starter with a can do attitude
  • Must have a clean driving record and criminal history
  • Experience with enterprise software systems
  • Experience with SaaS/Client Server/SQL/Oracle platforms
  • Strong knowledge of Windows networking and administration as well as Microsoft Office operating systems
  • Must have excellent consultative and communication skills
