This helps us to sleep better at night, and we are confident that the millions of people we touch rest easier too.   The Finance Department supports BU operations with financial analysis and planning for monthly, quarterly, and annual requirements. Finance also supports the development of systems and processes utilized by the BU to implement system and process efficiencies, improved profitability and client satisfaction.

 

We are looking for a Finance Shared Service intern to translate classroom curriculum into real world business experience within a multi-national organization. This internship experience is designed to offer hands-on finance experience, exposure to strategic initiatives and lessons in the role finance shared services plays in achieving business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Hands on rotational assignments in the areas of Accounts Payable, Customer Billing, Cash Applications, Credit, Collections and Reporting & Analytics
  • A combination of job assignments, interactive networking with other business professionals and training to aide in your Professional, Soft and Leadership capabilities
  • Assist on finance transformational projects to drive greater efficiency, effectiveness and standardization while developing project management, business acumen, and communication skills
  • Work cross functionally on other assigned project work as needed during internship cohort

Qualifications

  • Has completed sophomore or junior year in an accredited, four-year college
  • Major or minor in business related field
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2.
  • Able to travel (including internationally), up to 10%.
