Under direct supervision, the Lead Development Representative is responsible for marketing the company's products and/or services via telephone, email and other channels with targeted prospects. This position identifies qualified prospects through various lead generation activities, third party databases, and follow-up campaigns. Directs qualified sales leads to outside and/or inside sales team for additional communication and selling activities. Sends marketing/sales literature to prospective clients, keeps up-to-date knowledge of the industry as well as a competitive posture of the company, and enhances awareness in the targeted business community of the company and its products/services.
