UL Transaction Security focusses on securing and certifying large, mission critical digital transaction infrastructures such as mobile, payment and ticketing networks and infrastructure. UL provides in-depth technical advisory services, testing and certification services and accredited testing platforms to relevant stakeholders in the market

Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:

  • Owner of UL Transaction Security Sales Process and supporting systems
  • Lead/oversee/coordinate the implementation of lead to order process and other critical Sales Processes
  • Work with managers to understand workflow required for sales processes or approval processes and coordinate/oversee the implementation of those in order to automate as many tasks/steps as possible.
  • Work with the Proposal and contract administrators to maintain proper pricing, proposal and contract templates.
  • Actively participate, along with the Sales Management team and the Senior Sales Generalists, in the process to maintain and update our product book, determine pricing for all of UL Transaction Security’s products and services and ensure all is uploaded and functioning correctly in CRM
  • Work with Sales Management to improve reporting, system rules, and other CRM configuration to improve our abilities to understand and analyze our sales pipeline data and forecasting models.
  • Create standard, customized and ad hoc reporting depicting book of business, sales forecasts, pipeline summary, etc. with a focus on probability weighting to assist in more accurate monthly and quarterly forecast modeling.
  • Provide support in analysis and evaluation of data in order to:increase sales productivity,calculate profitability by client, assist in the development of sales budgets and rolling sales forecasts, including sales to budget variance analysis.
  • Understand the characteristics of our client and prospect base to better support overall reporting needs, sales strategies, marketing campaigns, etc.
  • Analyze and develop recommendations for improving Sales operational effectiveness including sales processes, and the use of CRM throughout the organization (contract management, case management, marketing campaigns, etc.).

Qualifications

  • Minimum five years’ experience as CRM administrator and/or Sales Analyst.
  • Experience leading projects and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Experienced in dealing with clients (mainly internal) and ability to respond appropriately to their needs.
  • Excellent communication, research, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to apply knowledge and creativity to resolve standard and complex issues and increase efficiencies.
  • Courage to challenge the status quo and flexibility to adapt style and method based on current needs.
  • Very strong attention to detail and ability to follow up on a variety of on-going projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully negotiate outcomes.
  • Strong working knowledge of business systems.
  • Demonstrable ability to provide accurate and insightful sales analysis.
  • Strong MS Excel skills, including v-look ups and pivot tables.
