ORGANIZATIONAL DESCRIPTION: We are looking for a Finance Shared Service intern to translate classroom curriculum into real world business experience within a multi-national organization. This internship experience is designed to offer hands-on finance experience, exposure to strategic initiatives and lessons in the role finance shared services plays in achieving business objectives.



  • Support the accounting organization during the monthly close process.
  • Prepare journal entries. Prepare balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Prepare variance analysis to provide meaningful explanations of results.
  • Research accounting matters and appropriate accounting treatment.
  • Participate in both external and internal audit engagements.
  • Assist in the planning and support of department accounting initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.



  • Completed sophomore or junior year in an accredited, four-year college
  • Major or minor in business related field
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2.
  • Able to travel (including internationally), up to 10%.
