Reporting to the Business Excellence department, analyze business processes and work closely with IT Business Analysts as well as cross-Divisional working teams to develop, document and deliver on business requirements for solutions that enable CTECH’s digital strategy.

  • Support global business teams to define and prioritize business requirements
  • Collects data from a variety of sources. Evaluates and interprets data and draws conclusion
  • Identify training needs (materials, FAQs, structure)
  • Develop and deliver (where appropriate) communications to key business stakeholder groups Manage content and related materials in SharePoint
  • Represent CTECH on applicable programs and cross-Divisional teams
  • Participate in requirements design, mockup suggestions and approval of wireframes.
  • Provide input to design decisions.
  • Participate in scheduling and priority meetings
  • Support user community with training and enhancement needs
  • Schedule, track and communicate projects status
  • Set project and resource expectations
  • Manage issues and escalate as necessary
  • Develops estimates of time and resource needs.


  • University degree in Information Systems, Business Administration or related field plus generally 6 years of directly related experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently identify needs for projects or programs, formulate objectives, plan and execute projects and/or programs, and manage programs.
  • Strong time management skills
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Comfortable with intra- and inter- Divisional communications
  • Good with root-cause analysis of problems and of business requirements, enhancements and improvements.
  • Comfortable challenging current processes and methodologies
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Proactive mindset to anticipate opportunities and risks
  • Proficiency of Microsoft Office programs.
  • Working knowledge of enterprise solutions and programs contributing to the digital transformation preferred
  • Working knowledge of CTECH applications and the business processes they support preferred
