Responsibilities

Work closely with CTECH Senior Leadership and enterprise wide strategic partners on business critical transformative programs. Primary responsibility is to manage and direct multiple programs and projects that are global in scale, complex and designed to enable the CTECH’s business goals, objectives and strategy.

 

  • Develop and execute Project Plan to implement Continuous Improvement Strategy in CTECH
  • Develop the guiding principles needed to effective manage continuous improvement projects
  • Create and maintain centralized location to provide visibility, track and manage Continuous Improvement projects
  • Manage cross-functional and cross-Divisional teams in the development, planning and implementation of new and improvement solutions
  • Serve as ambassador for Continuous Improvement
  • Create and provide regular communications including status updates on progress, activities, risks, mitigations and measures of success to CTECH Leadership and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external requirements and policies
  • Engage with the global CTECH Leadership, teams and other inter-Divisional stakeholders with visibility across the organization, including providing ongoing report outs to BLST Leadership.
  • Lead and mentor continuous improvement projects 

Qualifications

University degree or related field experience

  • PMP or equivalent certification preferred
  • Lean Sigma Certification - Green Belt or Master Black Belt preferred
  • Strong, effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to build trust and relationships independently
  • Experience implementing Continuous Improvement culture within a business
  • Existing UL resource network preferred
  • Facilitation and training experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of the CTECH business, processes and tools preferred
  • Working knowledge of GPMO practices and polices preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate meetings, negotiate and influence outcomes
