Responsibilities

Reporting to the Manager of Professional Services Project Management, you will work within the Professional Services team on specific software implementation projects. This includes the planning and tracking of projects both (tactical and strategic), cost effectiveness, communication, risk analysis, quality assurance, team and vendor management, and implementation of highly visible, sensitive and multi-faceted projects. You will identify and resolve issues related to the projects and ensure assigned projects are delivered within scope, schedule, budget and quality levels are consistent with partner/customer expectations.

 

  • Manages multiple projects
  • Negotiates agreement on project schedule and budgets and manages engagements
  • Identifies, manages and monitors completion of deliverables
  • Schedules, tracks, and communicates client timelines both written and verbally
  • Provides management of project resources to assure quality of work and integration of resources’ work
  • Manages the technical aspects of a client engagement
  • Clearly communicates and sets client expectations
  • Demonstrates understanding of the need to manage risk issues
  • Participates in the application of the risk management process
  • Develops project working papers and documents all client interactions
  • Enters client events into Open Air software for project tracking, billing, and job cost calculations
  • Troubleshoots and resolves complex client issues
  • Follows up with clients in a timely manner
  • Resolves all escalated issues in a timely manner
  • Escalates issues within an implementation to Manager as necessary

Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a Sustainability or IT related field
  • Experience managing multiple enterprise software implementations
  • PMP certification or Six Sigma certification would be desirable
