Field Engineer

region of work: east part of Hungary


Your challenge:

Under general supervision, independently executes the timely completion of assigned work by conducting various product, device, process, system and material inspections at various site and factory locations to ensure that they are produced and marked in compliance with various applicable technical requirements.

Responsible things you get to do:

  • Independently conduct safety and non-safety certification audits and field evaluations in accordance with the required performance standards and requirements
  • Witness testing, including interpretation and analyzing test results against UL requirements
  • Verify the accuracy of manufacturers’ measuring equipment and reviewing production records
  • Document examination, variations and tests results by using appropriate UL forms
  • Conduct quality audits
  • Co-operate with other departments within the organization


We are looking for:                                                                                                          

  • Technical educational background, preferably in electrical or mechanical engineering field
  • Professional experience in quality, audits, certification processes would be an asset, but not a pre-requisite to be successful in recruitment process
  • Auditing experience and/or process-oriented (not a must, but nice to have)
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Open-minded, independent and energetic personality with excellent self-management skills
  • Good communication skills and excellent customer focus
  • Driving license, readiness to travel
  • Place of residence – east part of Hungary
