This Senior Learning & Development Specialist supports sales enablement by training sales staff and management in UL’s Commercial & Industrial (C&I) Business Unit. In collaboration with Marketing, Sales and C&I division business leaders, they are responsible for identifying training opportunities and designing product/service/solution content and curriculum for those opportunities. They coordinate with business unit or division subject matter experts to deliver content, or in some cases deliver content themselves. They develop and use performance indicators to assess training effectiveness. The primary focus is training on C&I services, products and solutions with secondary support of other sales skills and general topics. They report directly to a Sales Operations Manager and indirectly to a Director of Learning & Development.
