We are looking for a detailed oriented team player with an appetite for learning and customer focused attitude.  Under minimal supervision, support and deploy computer-based, eLearning, instructor led and virtual courses within the Learning Management System (LMS).  Provide day to day customer support and system troubleshooting for LMS users as well as reporting and auditing assistance as directed.

  1. Provide customer support for LMS related issues by monitoring and responding to email received in the LMS Support Mailbox.
  2. Provide technical customer support for LMS related issues by monitoring and reacting to trouble tickets received via the company helpdesk tool.
  3. Assist with maintaining online training records within the LMS.
  4. Assist with defining, developing, running and distributing training related reports to learners and managers.
  5. Perform LMS audits as directed.


High School graduate. Experience in computer desktop systems and software. Experience in learning and development, learning management systems, or training a plus. Comfortable and accomplished in the Microsoft suite of applications, especially Excel is required.

Demonstrated ability to work independently, and demonstrated high level organizational and multi-tasking skills in a technical environment.

Excellent communicator both oral and written.  Demonstrated strong focus on customer service is a requirement.
