Manages the development of expansion initiatives and marketing plans for assigned areas of focus and ensures their implementation. Position works with Strategy & Marketing Director in developing and operationalizing expansion strategies in collaboration with UL NFP leadership, as well as other internal and external stakeholders, to achieve organizational goals and advance the UL Mission. Works to understand, identify, and prioritize emerging societal and target audience needs in line with the expertise and capabilities of the UL NFP. Helps select vendors, platforms and tools to evaluate opportunities across geographies, science areas, and target audiences to facilitate organization growth in line with business requirements. Acts as project manager to lead cross-functional teams through implementation of selected expansion or strategic marketing initiatives. Oversees business intelligence and market research projects as needed. Ideal candidate will have extensive experience in marketing, strategic planning and execution, business development, and/or market research. May manage marketing staff.
