Responsibilities

Under general supervision, manages timely completion of projects related to CB Scheme, D-Mark, UL-EU Mark, and other certifications by reviewing reports and certificates for compliance with program requirements; handles Global Market Access international certification delivery projects. 

  • Supports engineers in preparing test reports for CB Scheme, D-Mark, UL-EU Certifications as well as similar reports by clarifying program requirements

  • Conducts reviews of test reports and certificates for compliance with program requirements

  • Communicates with engineers regarding issues and/or problems with reports and/or certificates

  • Creates records in Certification database

  • Handles international certification delivery projects

  • Assists engineers in resolving international certification issues

  • Communicates with customers to explain regulatory and surveillance requirements

  • Integrates continuous improvement concepts and techniques into all aspects of the job

  • Performs other duties as directed

Qualifications

 

  • High School Diploma or GED (Some College education a plus)
  • Ability to identify and manage priorities when handling multiple projects
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Strong Attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft programs (Word, Excel) and Oracle software
  • Knowledge of CB Scheme program requirements and other International Certifications a plus
