Responsibilities

  • Logging in samples for evaluation. 
  • Complete research as needed for proper login protocols. 
  • Research testing within multiple databases to provide complete testing history of all samples. 
  • Review and retain multiple testing program guidelines based on sample and test type. 
  • Work with Supervisors to resolve issues before samples are logged into the system.
  • Ability to write simple correspondence to internal and external customers. 
  • Cross train on other positions with area/dept. 

Qualifications

  • Minimum High school diploma or GED.  
  • Able to work well with others in a fast paced environment. 
  • 6+ months experience in office or production environment. 
  • Exceptional data entry (typing & 10 key) skills. 
  • Familiar with Windows, Excel, MS Office and Outlook. 
  • Ability to sit for entire shift while inputting information into database.
