Responsibilities

  

Under general supervision, manages and coordinates assigned client accounts to insure that deadlines are met. Ensures lines of communication internally and with clients are kept open. Generates technical reports as efficiently as possible. Works according to policies and general objectives as defined by senior management. Interacts with all UL employees, as well as outside clients.

  1. Prepare reviews and complete reports for assigned clients.
  2. Coordinate with Client Services team, Operations and QA to ensure that program expectations are achievable. Address any issues that arise with projects to ensure timely completion.
  3. May resolve any sample receipt issues with clients or the assigned client contact.
  4. May communicate project schedules to clients.
  5. Contributes to program team to ensure deadlines are met.
  6. Performs other duties as directed.

Qualifications

  • University Degree (Equivalent to Bachelor’s degree) in a related discipline plus generally one year of directly related experience
  • Client Services experience is a plus.
  • Ability to use judgment in technical, client services, and management issues.
  • Effective computer and communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Experience with MSWord, Excel, and Access.
