Are you detail-oriented digital marketer who follows industry trends and uses data to optimize global campaigns? We’re looking for an outstanding Supply Chain and Sustainability (SCS) Web Marketing Analyst with experience engaging customers through effective web strategy, as well as a passion to use data and analytics to optimize performance.


This position requires someone with both strategic and tactical expertise in utilizing a range of techniques including digital advertising, SEO and PPC. The Web Marketing Analyst will report to the Global Marketing & Communications Manager and will be expected to analyze, manage and grow our online lead generation strategy, tightly linking program strategy and efforts to sales results.


Key responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, manage and document a comprehensive internet marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, drive engagement and generate leads
  • Creation of ongoing SEO content plans as per agreed brand strategy
  • SEO and PPC (AdWords, Bing, LinkedIn) management
  • Compiling regular measurement reports and business presentations showing close tracking results, including, but, not limited to Website traffic, User engagement, Cost per click (not to exceed a maximum amount set by business by channel), Conversion (both % and cost per conversion)
  • Work closely with content marketing, public relations and social media specialists to create a comprehensive and cohesive Internet marketing strategy
  • Identify PPC trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Lead product test plans (A/B and Multivariate) to improve website conversion
  • Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert for SEO, paid search, and digital advertising
  • Conduct conversion rate optimization using AB/Multivariate testing to improve copy and CTA’s
  • Keep current on internet marketing trends and emerging digital technologies, bringing best practices to the group


  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in a marketing field.
  • 5+ years of proven SEM, Internet Marketing and project management experience.
  • Advanced Google Analytics and Google Webmaster Tools experience required.
  • Pays attention to detail and has a high degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and perform a variety of concurrent tasks with minimal direction.
  • Interest and passion for strategy and analytics.
  • Ability to manage/work with multiple vendors and partners & stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple projects and work streams.
  • Ability to analyze data, draw insights and make strategic recommendations.
