This position will be filled in UL's GMA team located in Research Triangle Park, NC or Fremont, CA


  • Understand the individual program requirements and submittal procedures in order to handle international certification delivery projects.
  • Collaborates with sales to accurately quote projects and identify new opportunities to promote UL international certification services.
  • Communicates with customers to convey project status, discuss technical issues, explains regulatory requirements, sample requirements, inspection requirements, and project schedule.
  • Communicates and works with internal and external certification and test organizations in order to deliver international certification projects and/or research new certification opportunities.
  • Integrates continuous improvement concepts and techniques into all aspects of the job.
  • Performs other duties as directed.


Our Ideal Candidate will have Some University education in a related discipline plus two years related work experience.  Also,

  • Good project management skills are highly desired.
  • Related work experience with International Certifications desired.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and manage priorities and handle multiple projects.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Attention to details.
  • Good communications skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Oracle software.
  • Knowledge of CB Scheme program requirements and other International Certifications.
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without sponsorship both now and in the future. 
  • Applicants must be able to relocate without financial assistance.
