  •  Under minimal supervision, assists other Business and IT Systems staff to develop, implement and maintain complex business systems.


  • Position works with other company IT professionals to help plan IT projects, solve business and technology issues and to assure goals and objectives are met within an arranged time frame.


  • Work with IT leadership to help formulate and define systems scope based on both user needs and an understanding of the business systems and industry, while working closely with other groups to assure a total solution that meets or exceeds customer expectations.


  • Person should possess a wide knowledge base of current and older technology along with the ability to learn new technology quickly and effectively.


  • Must show leadership and capability in technology solutions and the ability to communicate those solutions to senior IT leadership.


  • Performs other duties as requested.


  • Must have 1+ years with Ruby on Rails.
  • Experience with React a plus.
  • Must have working knowledge of other related platforms and Open Source toolsets such as: CSS, Javascript, Git, and Agile Development
  • Must be comfortable with database management systems such as Oracle, MS-SQL or Postgres and demonstrate capability in writing SQL queries.
