Responsibilities

UL Environment is currently seeking a Demand Generation Specialist to drive lead generation, user acquisition and conversion through websites, social media management (both paid and organic), display/banner advertising, content syndication and distribution, paid SEO/SEM, marketing automation, and nurture campaigns for new and existing customers. The candidate will be responsible for providing data and analytics to optimize performance through all these channels and measure success of KPIs including: new customer acquisition, sales for new and innovative services, cross-selling of services to existing customers, and customer retention.

 

This position requires someone with both strategic and tactical expertise. In addition to executing media products, you will help improve and expand the digital advertising, SPOT database and user community, as well as lead nurturing campaigns to new and existing customers. The desired candidate will be able to regularly report on results, ability to deal with ambiguity, propose sound suggestions and relevant plans of action and have a positive attitude. Critical components of this role are dedication, drive, creative and resourceful thinking, knowledge of industry best practices, reliability, and a keen sense of the changing and developing needs of digital planning. The selected candidate must possess the ability to be flexible yet effective within a dynamic and ever-changing environment.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Develop, execute, manage and document a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, generate in-bound leads, increase retention of and drive overall engagement of new and existing customers and industry stakeholders, focusing on the SPOT platform
  • Develop marketing plan and sales tools to promote market intelligence packages for SPOT and Revit platforms
  • Creation of ongoing content plans as per agreed brand strategy
  • Monitoring, listening and responding to users to cultivate engagement and build growth
  • PPC (AdWords, Bing, LinkedIn) management, syndicated content management and blogger engagement
  • Segmenting customer groups, creating and analyzing email campaigns
  • Compiling regular measurement reports and business presentations showing results, including reporting on KPIs
  • Manage digital media performance and technical functionality and provide actionable insights to optimize results
  • Develop a website traffic plan and create goals and benchmarks to meet
  • Partner with advertising and media specialists to increase marketing results
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Lead product test plans (A/B and Multivariate) to improve media product performance
  • Manage lead conversion process for all marketing activities with LDRs and report on success

Qualifications

Requirements for the position:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in a marketing field
  • 3 - 7 years of experience with digital marketing
  • Advanced Marketo user experience required and Marketo Certified Expert certification a plus
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics a plus
  • Advanced Google Analytics and Google Webmaster Tools experience required.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in online marketing
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and perform a variety of concurrent tasks with minimal direction.
  • Interest and passion for strategy and analytics
  • Ability to manage/work with multiple vendors and partners & stakeholders
  • Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple projects and workstreams
  • Ability to analyze data, draw insights and make strategic recommendations.

The position will be based in Marietta, Georgia and the candidate is expected to work onsite. The ideal candidate will be a full-time contractor for 6 months with the desire to be hired at the end of the contracting term.
