Perform EMV implementation consulting through defining and evaluating specifications and system architecture, creating technical requirements, report writing, information analysis, testing and test management, (pre)auditing and other advisory services. Independently provide high and low level technical support to customers and to the operations department and internal staff. Responsible for choices concerning architecture, planning and framework of the deliverable. Work on technical projects within the electronic payment market area to understand, define and meet customer needs. Seek feedback from colleagues and customers and use it to identify opportunities for improvement. Pro-actively share knowledge with colleagues and contribute to articles, papers or other marketing material. Apply knowledge of a variety of EMV and mobile payment specifications, technologies standards and processes. Travel required up to 75% of the time.
Master’s degree in computer science, information technology, mathematics or related and three (3) years of experience in EMV implementation testing and certification. In lieu of master’s degree plus three years of experience, will accept bachelor’s degree plus five (5) years of experience in the same fields.
Must have experience with each of the following: 1) EMV 4.3 Contact and Contactless specifications (including NFC); 2) ISO 8583, ISO 14443, ISO 7816; 3) M/chip, VSDC, DPAS and Amex Card Application Specification; 4) MasterCard, Visa Host interface specifications; 5) Chargeback and disputes processing; 6) Mobile based payment technology; 7) Payments Testing Tools; and, 8) Swift, ACH and NACHA faster payments technology.
