Responsibilities

Reporting to the Sales Operation Manager, the Sales Operations Associate Analyst will be primarily responsible for supporting sales processes and tools for the business unit. Responsibilities include sales process optimization, data analysis, business intelligence reporting and CRM administration as well as collaboration with sales staff and other sales operation teams to support best practices in sales forecasting, reporting and training.

 

  • Works with sales operations team to analyze and develop sales metrics that allows sales management to make strategic decisions and change or reinforce behavior accordingly.
  • Supports the activity of maintaining and improving Dynamics CRM capabilities, sales process, and system reporting.
  • Communicates and works directly with CRM users globally to help resolve their CRM/Sales process related questions and issues.
  • Implements and manages reports and dashboards in Dynamics CRM and other BI tools ensuring sales representatives and leaders have access to key data required to successfully manage the business.
  • Develop presentations that analyze sales activities and achievements from CRM and other sales tools.
  • Responsible for working with other sales operations teams and IT resources to create reports that will be used for business intelligence purposes including client segmentation, market information, sales process success, sales quota/targets, or any business intelligence deemed necessary for the sales force.
  • Coordinates with resources within the business for training sales team and management staff on CRM systems, sales processes, and business intelligence reports.
  • Reporting and analysis for Sales department, including: executive reporting of sales results, key sales quota/target metrics and KPIs, campaign tracking and analysis, and ad hoc strategic analysis.
  • Perform other duties that lead to increased and consistent adoption of CRM/Sales Process (in its current state and as applications are enhanced) as directed by management.

Qualifications

 

  • 4 years of formal education with University degree or certification.
  • 2+ plus years in an Analyst or similar role; experience with CRM system administrative functions (Microsoft Dynamics) is a plus.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams effectively
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent systems skills including Excel & PowerPoint are required.
  • An independent and resourceful problem solver who can operate effectively in fast‑paced and demanding environment.
  • Willingness to travel when required (minimal travel expected)
