UL is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented manager to lead the client onboarding process for UL’s new customer portal. The new portal will help clients collaborate with UL more efficiently while also helping them identify and access solutions to business challenges. The role will require close collaboration with enterprise clients, UL executive leadership and multiple internal project teams. A successful candidate will have extensive project management expertise, a client-focused mindset, strong presentation skills, and ability to make critical decisions that ensure program budgets and timelines are met.

In this role you will manage the overall client transition plan to onboard customers to UL’s new portal. You will work with all businesses, functions and segments across the company to ensure a successful rollout. You will also work closely with the marketing organization to develop compelling marketing strategies and materials that will be used to promote the portal to clients around the world.
