What you’ll learn & achieve:

The Medical Sales Manager is responsible for the management of Medical sales directly to end users of ULs products or services in a large specified geographic area, and/or is responsible for a specific industry or product segment on a national or geographic area.

  • Develop and motivate sales professionals by coaching and transferring the knowledge of sales techniques, service offerings, and industry knowledge to the sales team to drive results
  • Lead client engagement by developing and managing relationships at the middle management and key decision maker levels for large and medium customers
  • Manage Medical sales transaction pipelines and forecasting
  • Stay up to date with and understand latest market developments and trends
  • Manage the performance of direct reports by developing accountabilities, establishing performance objectives, providing career counseling, feedback and guidance and ensuring that all policies are understood and adhered to
  • This job is 100% remote

What makes you a great fit:

  • University Degree (Equivalent to Bachelors Degree) in a related discipline 
  • 8 years of directly related experience
  • Extensive knowledge of company policies and sales processes
  • Requires the ability to gain cooperation of others, conducting presentations of technical information concerning specific projects or schedules to senior level management and customers
  • Expert on sales strategies and tactics
  • Significant business travel and work outside of the office is required

Total Rewards: The target annual pay range for this position is $160 - $174K which includes a base salary of $110-$120K and 100% on target performance. 

 

Members of the sales function are eligible to participate in the UL Solutions Sales Incentive Plan. The annual target incentive for this position is 45% of the base salary, paid quarterly, and is contingent upon performance. Employees are eligible for health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental & financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country, for the relevant position level.   

 

We also provide employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday including floating holidays (12 days) and sick time off (72 hours).
