What you’ll learn & achieve:




Works with leadership to develop, coordinate, and execute business operational plans and strategies. Establishes test programs and provides technical guidance to customers and the technical team. Anticipates customer needs and responds to customer feedback while using feedback to mentor staff. Manages high performance of the group by establishing objectives, tracking, and monitoring them. Closely work with the VP of Ecosystems to drive new strategic initiatives.



  • Works with business leadership to develop, integrate and coordinate business operational plans. Responsible for customer service and delivery of projects and programs for area of responsibility.
  • Implements and executes capacity and capability strategies under the guidance of the VP of Ecosystems and Service Development. Shares operational, customer and market intelligence with the Ecosystems stakeholders and other business leaders. Fosters and ensures effective workflow.
  • Responsible for staffing and training needs for assigned area to maintain needed capabilities.
  • Ensures proper communications with customers to discuss technical and process issues and may negotiate completion dates, and support of customer needs from assigned team.
  • Responsible for the technology platforms for the Ecosystems team and liaison with CIO, CDO, and CISO teams for their development, ,maintenance, and future roadmaps.
  • Provides technical guidance to both team and customer for complex technical issues. Ensures quality and adherence to policies. Manages training to support needed capacity and quality of testing.
  • Responsible for onboarding of Ecosystems customers and appropriate tool set-up. Increases customer loyalty, anticipates customer needs and provides proactive solutions. Gathers, shares and responds to customer feedback. Coaches and mentors staff to do the same.
  • Responsible for the development and upkeep of the Operations Playbook and other efforts to improve operational efficiency.
  • Responsible for Revenue, Cost and Margin for area of responsibility as part of the business plan. Drive the SPIRE Qualified Partner program along with the Ecosystems Commercial leader.
  • Ensure there is continuous improvement focus on all areas of their responsibility.
  • Manages the performance of direct reports by defining accountabilities, establishing performance objectives, providing feedback and guidance, and ensuring that all policies are understood and adhered to.
  • Travel is like to be required to conduct or witness assessments/testing, attend industry related events, as well as management meetings.
  • Manage the engagement and relationship with TIA and other key Ecosystems partners. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What makes you a great fit:

  • University Degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Industrial Technology, Manufacturing Technology, or Physics
  • MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of ten years of directly related work experience.
