What you’ll learn & achieve:

  • Work as a liaison across Product Teams  and internal stakeholders and functions such as Sales, Marketing, Implementation, Technical Communications and Product Support, providing training, demos, and documentation as needed
  • Support go-to-market initiatives by coordinating activities across functions such as Sales, Marketing, Development, etc.
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to inform product positioning and messaging
  • Collaborate with product development teams to ensure that products meet market needs
  • Owner/contact point for industry analysts such as Verdantix, Gartner, Forrester etc. to collate the information and provide comprehensive and uniform responses
  • Understand and analyze competition and market dynamics to inform strategy and decision-making
  • Support the creation of the global Product Marketing strategy, Product positioning and value propositions
  • Support the develop and the execution the go-to-market strategy for digital products
  • Support creation of product collateral, including website copy, product demos, and presentations
  • Analyze and report on product performance, making recommendations for improvements including NPS analysis, customer feedback and discoveries
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer to internal teams and provide ongoing support
  • This role has a hybrid work arrangement

What makes you a great fit:

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in digital product marketing
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform marketing decisions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with product launch planning and execution
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with digital marketing channels, including email, social media, and paid advertising
