UL Sustainability is a leading software and advisory business focused on solving the most pressing world challenges, including ESG (environment, social and governance) management, health & safety management, renewable energy, and healthy buildings.  We provide complementary software, data, and advisory solutions to help our clients operationalize sustainability and achieve ESG goals. 

We are currently looking for a General Manager (GM) to lead the ESG and EHS Management teams. As GM, you will be directly responsible for the profitable growth of each business both through organic expansion and via acquisition and partnership. You will have full P&L ownership with direct responsibility for operations and will be responsible for developing and successfully executing plans for growth and operational excellence. You will also be responsible for developing expansion strategies and deploying new services and solutions to support current and prospective ESG and EHS Management clients.

We are seeking a proven leader to develop and maintain a culture of customer and employee satisfaction in alignment with UL systems and practices, ensuring a profitable, effective, and scalable business.

• Experience leading a software business in the sustainability field
• Proven strong commercial skills, engaging with customers and industry
