Are you interested in a career in renewable energy? Come join the UL Renewables team and learn about renewable energy projects. As a Project Manager in the Renewables team you’ll will work with various technical subject matter experts to review the technical aspects of wind, solar, and storage projects that are either in development or operation. In performing the work, you will learn about the renewable energy industry, how projects are developed, financed, constructed, and operated.

• Gain hands-on experience in each stage of the sales funnel for renewable energy a consultancy environment
• Collaborate internally within a multi-disciplinary technical teams to complete various work tasks
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of databases for internal use
• Contribute to the development of processes to increase work product efficiency and quality
• Conduct client and competitor research
• Understand and ensure company quality control standards are met
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Currently enrolled as a Senior in an undergraduate/graduate program focusing on physical sciences or engineering from an accredited University
• Course work relevant to the wind or solar energy sector
• Experience and/or interest in renewable energy project management
• Excellent report writing and presentation skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with databasing and/or data analysis
• Detail-oriented
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Total Rewards:  The hourly range for this position is $26.25-30.25/hour.
