What you’ll learn & achieve:

UL is seeking a Program Manager to join our Regulatory Technology platform team.


Our RegTech team is focused on innovating for our customers and transforming how our industry approaches global compliance management. We are looking for a Program Manager to join our team and accelerate adoption with our internal and external customers. As a Program Manager you will play an important role in planning, coordinating, tracking, reporting, and guiding successful delivery of the UL RegTech Platform and enablement of our partner businesses.

  • Delivery of the roadmap- helping define related resource requirements and budgets
  • Portfolio management including communication and use of processes, governance, methodologies and tools throughout the SDLC
  • Interfaces with IT, engineering, contracts, finance, business development and other internal company functional groups as required to accomplish program objectives including establishing strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Manages project risks, develops mitigation strategies, and communicates impacts
  • Coordinates and partners across all relevant IT, engineering, project management, and supplier groups to ensure approved deliverables are integrated, tested, and launched successfully
  • Communicates project status, issues, and recommended mitigation plans to cross-functional core and executive teams


Preferred Qualifications

  • Possess portfolio/project management capabilities to create and maintain project schedules, and the ability to bring structure into a fast-paced innovative environment
  • Experience or knowledge of Agile/Scrum framework
  • Thorough knowledge of project planning tools and software (Microsoft Project, Jira, etc.) is required
  • Must have strong communication and planning skills, be detailed oriented, well organized, problem solving/analytical, self-directed, team focused, and results oriented individual
  • Must be a solutions enabler that can understand business requirements and work with subject matter experts and stakeholders to architect, design, and implement IT technical solutions, processes, or projects
  • Must have the ability to constantly drive for results, knowledge of how to set objectives and break work down into steps, and manage task inter-dependencies among other stakeholders

What makes you a great fit:

  • Bachelors degree
  • 5+ years Project/Program Management experience
