This role delivers relevant and consumable enterprise-wide architecture, enabling efficient development using the best technologies. You’ll make use of your extensive experience in enterprise software as you provide solutions to large-scale opportunities. A successful candidate assist in delivering technology roadmaps enabling our leaders to effectively plan and our development teams to effectively execute the right technologies at the right times. The position provides leadership, direction, and accountability for strategic application architecture plans, system design, and implementation. The position also develops and tailors application design concepts, long-term roadmaps and implementation plans for the efficient transformation of the current application portfolio in alignment with enterprise initiatives. And you will write a lot of code!
University Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline plus generally ten years of direct related experience. Detailed knowledge of industry trends and best-practices for computing infrastructure. Operational knowledge of service-level metrics and tools used to measure these metrics. Working knowledge of project lifecycle

Total Rewards: All employees at UL are eligible for bonus compensation. UL offers a generous 401k matching structure of up to 5% of eligible pay. Additionally, we invest an additional 4% into your retirement saving fund after your first year of continuous employment. We provide Healthcare Reimbursement Accounts and Health Savings Accounts that UL contributes to twice per year! Depending on your role, you can work with your manager on flexible working arrangements. We also provide employees with paid time off including vacation, holiday, sick and volunteer time off.
The salary range for this position is $115,200-$152,000 and is based upon years of experience that is commensurate with the level of the position.
All employees at UL Solutions are eligible for annual bonus compensation. The target for this position is 20% of the base salary offered. Employees are eligible for health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental & financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country, for the relevant position level.
We also provide employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday including floating holidays (12 days) and sick time off (72 hours).
