What you’ll learn & achieve:

  • Responsible for delivering efficient HR solutions with a strong focus on resolving employee inquiries and requests leveraging Service Now’s HR Service Desk.
  • Assists employees and managers with their HR needs (Leaves of Absence, Benefits Inquiries, HR Policy questions, etc.) promoting self-service options and use of the HR Knowledge Base wherever possible.
  • Promptly and thoroughly responds to inquiries, within agreed SLAs, while maintaining a high level of confidentiality, customer satisfaction and service excellence.
  • Assists employees with systems navigation, finding forms, form submissions, guiding to knowledge articles and other support documents that drive a strong self-service culture and greater employee experience.
  • Helps prepare, maintain, and distribute records, forms, basic data and reports as well as compile data/reports on SLAs, Customer Satisfaction and regular review of inquiries to improve content of knowledge articles, processes, etc.
  • Provides ongoing feedback on the efficiency and effectiveness of the customer service process. Identify areas for continuous improvement.
  • Enters and maintains core data in HR information systems, prepares appropriate documentation and maintains employee records management, and processes other administrative employee related tasks.
  • Supports the development and execution of HR projects.

What makes you a great fit:

  • University Degree in Human Resources Administration, Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • Strong experience working within ServiceNow’s HR Service Desk platform, managing and responding to cases and utilising knowledge management and agent workspace.
  • Generally, 3 years of working experience in Human Resources administration or HR shared services.
  • Strong customer service and listening skills with an empathetic approach.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to resolve difficult or stressful customer service/employee issues and/or knows when/who to route to for appropriate handling and resolution.
  • Ability to make administrative/procedural decisions and judgments.
  • Ability to utilize multiple systems while resolving employee inquiries and requests.
