We are looking for a practical, experienced, friendly, and well-rounded Senior Legal Counsel to serve as the primary legal partner responsible for supporting transactions for multiple business groups within UL Solutions including: (i) various software-as-a-service offerings, (ii) automotive and new mobility consulting services, and (iii) information technology global procurement.
You will report to the Associate General Counsel, E&A and Digital Center of Excellence, in Northbrook, Illinois. However, we are flexible as to which UL Solutions office you work from, and we will also consider fully remote candidates.

All employees at UL Solutions are eligible for annual bonus compensation. The target for this position is 20% of the base salary offered. We also provide employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday including floating holidays (12 days) and sick time off (72 hours).
