This role is based at our Washington D.C. office
Supporting our Chief Commercial Officer and our Vice President Global Governmental Affairs, our Executive Assistant performs advanced, diversified, and confidential administrative duties. Role requires broad and comprehensive experience, skill and knowledge of organizational policies and practices and strong use of technology to create efficiencies. Prepares and initiates routine and non-routine, somewhat complex correspondence and documents, presentations, reports, etc. Ability to schedule and facilitate extensive meetings including notetaking, arrange travel, file expense reports and screen telephone calls.
Assists in budget preparation and control activities of records, statistics, and reports regarding operations, personnel changes, etc. Requires a high level of tact and integrity due to the frequency of senior-level internal and external contacts and regular exposure to high-level confidential data.
Completes special studies and projects as assigned.
